Cancellation & Refund Policy

To secure your spot, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit is applied toward the total trip cost.

If you need to cancel your reservation, the following policy applies:

- More than 45 days prior to trip start date: 50% of your deposit will be refunded. Any additional payments beyond the deposit will be fully refunded.

- 31–45 days prior to trip start date: Deposit is non-refundable. Additional payments will be refunded at 50%.

- 30 days or less prior to trip start date: No refunds will be issued.

If DreamAdventures must cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances (such as safety concerns, natural disasters, or government travel restrictions), you will receive a full refund of all payments made, including the deposit.

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect your investment in case of unexpected events.
