Booking & Payment
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your spot.
Your reservation is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
Final payment is due 30 days prior to the trip start date (or 45–60 days for larger trips).
Participant Cancellation
We understand that plans can change. Because our trips require advance planning and limited spots, the following policy applies:
60+ days before trip:
Full refund minus deposit OR option to transfer to another trip within 12 months.30–59 days before trip:
50% of total trip cost is refundable.15–29 days before trip:
25% of total trip cost is refundable.14 days or less:
No refunds.
Transfers
You may transfer your spot to another participant up to 7 days before the trip at no additional cost (pending approval).
You may transfer your payment to a future DreamAdventures trip (within 12 months) for a $100 transfer fee.
Trip Cancellation by DreamAdventures
If we must cancel a trip due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances:
You will receive a full refund, OR
Option to transfer to another trip.
Weather Policy
All trips are weather-dependent adventures.
We may modify routes, timing, or activities for safety.
Weather alone does not qualify for a refund unless the trip is fully canceled by DreamAdventures.
No-Shows / Early Departure
No refunds will be given for:
No-shows
Late arrivals
Early departure from the trip
Travel Insurance (Strongly Recommended)
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in case of:
Injury or illness
Travel delays
Unexpected life events
